Job Location: Bengaluru (Occasional travel may be required)

Primary Job Responsibilities
(Reports to the Head of Business Development)

  • Thoroughly understand our product range, processes, new line ups and the associated systems
  • Work towards marketing activities like Cold Calls, Mail Pitch & marketing strategies, (Industrial SMEs & Large Enterprises). Assess client needs and suggest the products of AB Plastomech; respond to customer enquiries. And Co ordinate with technical Team for feasibility.
  • Develop a product proposal, quote and capture all stages of lead development on our CRM.
  • Represent AB Plastomech at seminars, expo’s and other associated marketing events and develop a potential lead database.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and work around hitting on the agreed benchmarks.
  • NOTE – If you are a “Go-getter” this job is for you. Travel may be required up to 50%

Qualifications / Eligibility

  • Masters in Business Administration in Marketing & Finance. Freshers and/or Experienced (1-12 Months) in a related field of work
  • You believe in the automation technology and the potential it has to change our world and communities. (We’ll know this about you when we meet)
  • You are a natural doer, organized, highly motivated and believe in results
  • Exceptional communication skills (Verbal & Written)

Nice to have, but not mandatory

  • Prior experience in selling physical products within the industrial segment
  • Experience in Smart Technologies, Robotics & Industrial Automation
