Founded AB Plastomech in 2012 with a vision to empower the Indian Manufacturing sector with the power of Industrial Automation. Leveraging his prior experience in Product Engineering, Consulting, Design/Build roles, his early work spun around Automating the Component Assembly Process with specially designed Poke Yoke, Special Purpose Machines for the Automobile Industries. They quickly recognized his work in the associated circles, and AB Plastomech was positioned as an Industrial Automation Company that provided Design/Build and Consultancy Services.
The company rapidly grew under his strategy and leadership and has completed many shop floor automation deployments with clients across India for a variety of use cases. Boopathi holds a Masters Degree in Engineering Design and is very hands on with all business process functions in the company. He is a go-getter by heart and a firm believer in driving sustainable, environmentally friendly products across the Indian industrial ecosystem. He is also a very genuine listener and places extreme importance to the intricate needs of his clients.

Joined the dream with Mr. Boopathi Badran during the early inception days and relentlessly worked towards establishing the Operational Processes of AB Plastomech. She was also responsible for securing strategic partnerships with some of the biggest industrial accounts during the early days. Today, she oversees the logistics and operational processes at AB Plastomech and continues to add value to client relationships through a series of growth initiatives.
Amongst her employees, she is known to have a genuine understanding of what drives work place productivity. Having driven critical initiatives in the past, she continues to own the operational rhythm of AB Plastomech. Anuradha completed her Bachelors in Computer Applications. When off work, she loves to hone her singing skills and get involved in philanthropic activities
